.Engineers often have the opportunity to work in their company’s quality organization in a variety of roles, such as quality engineer, supervisor or manager. The AU certificate in Quality Management includes core competencies that enable Engineers to be more effective quality professionals. This series will provide Engineers with the tools and information to lead and improve quality departments in businesses from small engineering firms to large manufacturing and service organizations. This body of knowledge will add value to their organization while improving professional capabilities.
