Internal Quality Management System audits are required for those organizations that have a quality system registered to any of the international quality management standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485. These audits can be cumbersome and bureaucratic in some cases. Many of the available classes take a prescriptive approach while this class is about the practical tips for auditing based on decades of experience in the real world. This course is for anyone in engineering, technical, quality, leadership or management positions who may be involved in the internal audit process, or who need more clarity about the internal audits that are done in your organization. It can be especially beneficial to those who are responsible for quality, quality management and process improvement in the automotive, aerospace, medical device or other manufacturing or transportation industries. Tips for Auditing ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & AS 9100 Quality Systems provides insights and practical examples for auditing a Quality Management System (QMS) that is required to conform to one of these standards. This course will help you fulfill the requirements to be an internal QMS auditor in your company. When combined with the Essentials of QMS Auditing course and the courses on understanding ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or AS 9100 you may fulfill all or most of the requirements to be an internal QMS auditor for your company.
