Full course description
This course covers discrete signals (sampling), aliasing, the discrete Fourier transform (FFT), difference equations, and z-transforms. This course can be taken by itself; however, an understanding of the fundamentals is essential.
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Describe the concepts of discrete signals, sampling, and aliasing.
- Apply the discrete Fourier transform (FFT) to analyze discrete signals.
- Solve difference equations using z-transforms.
- Evaluate the impact of aliasing and sampling on signal processing.
